I. Customer Complaints Code
1. In the case of a claim for a digital product, where a faulty code has been proven, the buyer is entitled to exchange it for a new one, or to a refund of the entire purchase price. In such a case, it is necessary to apply the complaint via the complaint form at the address: https://www.esofter.eu/form/complaint. In case of confusion regarding the digital product, the customer is obliged to contact our customer support, who will be happy to provide additional information and answer all questions.
